📋 Description

• Own payments intelligence end-to-end; define metrics for payment health.
• Partner with payments engineering; translate data into experiments.
• Drive experimentation at scale; design and analyze A/B tests across payment flows.
• Build predictive models for payment failure risk and anomaly detection.
• Build AI-native data products and automated workflows.
• Own the business narrative; present results to execs and translate stats into decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science or quantitative roles in product software with payments/fintech exposure.
• Deep payments knowledge: ACH, card networks, settlement flows.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with large transactional datasets and reproducible pipelines.
• Proven experimentation and causal inference expertise; design rigorous tests and communicate trade-offs.
• AI-native mindset; build data products with AI at core and guardrails for scale.
• Cross-functional influence; collaborate with backend engineers and technical stakeholders.
