📋 Description

• Own and drive an 18-24 month AI roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Lead generative AI development for multimodal document processing.
• Develop and deploy models to extract structured data from complex documents.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration, including Siemens DFM/IQE integration.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years ML/data science experience; PhD +6 years acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficient Python; PyTorch and TensorFlow; scientific computing.
• ML expertise in Transformers, LLMs, multimodal data processing.
• Cloud experience (AWS/SageMaker) for training and deployment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
