📋 Description

• Own and drive an 18-24 month technical roadmap for generative AI initiatives.
• Lead generative AI development for multimodal document processing and data extraction.
• Architect the Siemens DFM/IQE integration within Siemens ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and establish AI development best practices.
• Influence cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Define long-term scientific direction for AI-driven solutions at Xometry.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of applied ML/Data Science; PhD +6 yrs; Bachelor's required.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries: PyTorch, TensorFlow, pandas, numpy.
• Expertise in large-scale language/vision models (Transformers, GPT, VLMs) and multimodal data.
• Experience with cloud platforms for training/deployment (e.g., AWS SageMaker).
• Strong communication and leadership; ability to align executives and cross-functional partners.
• Manufacturing or supply chain domain experience is a plus.
