🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in data science/ML with 2+ years in fraud/risk in production
- Fraud and risk domain expertise: build and deploy models (classification, anomaly, time-series, graph)
- Python and SQL; ML libraries scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM
- Feature engineering and model evaluation; handle imbalanced data
- Production ML workflows: versioning, monitoring, A/B tests, retraining
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s/PhD preferred
