- Causal inference techniques (DiD, synthetic controls, uplift) and experimentation.
- Ad ecosystems: RTB, attribution, identity graphs, bidding, pixels.
- SQL and Python; production ML experience.
- Partner with Product to define metrics, run experiments, and shape product strategy.
