- Ad ecosystems knowledge: RTB, attribution, identity graphs, bidding
- SQL and Python fluency; production-grade ML models
- Partner with Product to define metrics and run experiments
- Strong data storytelling and cross-functional communication
- Navigate ambiguous problems and drive long-term analytics strategy
