📋 Description

• Analyze data from multiple databases to drive quality and risk adjustment.
• Develop data models and algorithms for datasets.
• Use predictive modeling to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
• Create analytic datasets and use statistical software to analyze data.
• Use third-party tools for queries and visualizations.
• Coordinate with teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, or related field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in data analysis software and data science.
• 7+ years with GitHub/Git, Python, SQL, statistics, and ML modeling.
• Proven track record applying AI/ML models in healthcare or similar domains.
• Statistical methods (A/B testing, Bayesian, regression, GLMs) and data mining.
• Nice to Have: healthcare setting experience preferred.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $131,750-$178,250 USD.
• Final compensation based on geography and experience; includes equity and bonuses.
