🎯 Requirements

- 12+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or system integration
- Deep experience with enterprise data feeds, real‑time integration patterns, analytical data pipelines, and AI enabling architectures
- Knowledge of insurance data, regulatory requirements and governance
- Certifications: CDMP, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Strong ability to influence executives and lead cross‑functional teams
