📋 Description

• Lead strategy, design, and operations of enterprise data architecture and infra.
• Define long-term data architecture across core platform; MongoDB and relational models.
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and resilience for mission-critical apps.
• Oversee data transfers and ETL solutions for customers.
• Own data architecture for the AI-driven development layer and persistence.
• Design declarative data models enabling non-technical users while maintaining integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data architecture or DB engineering; 3+ years in principal/architect roles.
• Extensive experience with enterprise multi-tenant SaaS data infra.
• Expert MongoDB: pipelines, Atlas Search, Atlas Vector Search, sharding.
• Hands-on with core data stack: MongoDB Atlas, SQL, Redis, Node.js, RBAC.
• Ability to write architectural decision records and document tradeoffs.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Product/Engineering.
