📋 Description

  • Manage and evolve Airalo’s growth MMM portfolio to a production-grade tool.
  • Design and execute incrementality experiments across channels.
  • Evolve attribution methodology and specify data requirements.
  • Calculate CAC metrics and own LTV:CAC as strategic KPIs.
  • Build measurement literacy and self-service reporting across teams.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to support the reporting framework.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in marketing analytics with MMM, Incrementality, and/or MTA.
  • Hands-on MMM modeling with Robyn, Meridian, PyMC-Marketing, or similar.
  • Strong causal inference and experimental design: DID, synthetic control, propensity scoring.
  • Expert SQL and Python (or R); production-quality code.
  • Experience with BigQuery or Snowflake and dbt.
  • BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, or Metabase.
