Principal Data Analyst - GTM

📋 Description

• Provide deep-dive insights on customer health, churn drivers, product adoption.
• Forecast retention and KPIs (NRR, GRR, Time-to-Value) with GTM analytics.
• Design data models for CS pipeline forecasting and segmentation.
• Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, Gainsight, Snowflake.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from hypothesis to exec presentation.
• Translate data findings into clear narratives for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data analytics, BI, or data science.
• 5+ years GTM Analyst Operations (Sales/Marketing/CS).
• Expert SQL and data viz (Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
• Python or R for statistical analysis.
• SaaS business models, customer lifecycles, recurring revenue.
• Independent operator with strong storytelling.
