📋 Description

  • Own advisory relationships for 6sense's largest customers.
  • Drive deployment, ROI, and long-term customer value across accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and QBRs.
  • Forecast risk and maintain renewal and growth rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product feedback.
  • Become an expert on the 6sense predictive engine and use cases.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • 3+ years in strategic/enterprise CS with targets.
  • Experience with global 1000 Enterprise customers.
  • Experience advising CxOs on SaaS adoption for ROI.
  • BA/BS degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communications skills.
