📋 Description

  • Own top advisory relationships with global strategic customers.
  • Drive ROI through adoption and rapid deployment of 6sense.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and QBRs.
  • Forecast risk and sustain renewal and growth with the AE.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce churn.
  • Champion customer feedback to inform product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Mgmt, or consulting (SaaS).
  • 3+ years in high-touch Strategic/Enterprise CS with targets.
  • Experience with global 1000 Enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Experience advising CxOs on SaaS adoption and ROI.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM stacks (Salesforce, Dynamics).
  • Strong analytical and communications skills.
  • BA/BS required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Willing to travel ~30% to customer sites.
