📋 Description

  • Own post-sale lifecycle for Lean’s Remittance customers.
  • Drive activation, retention, expansion, and renewal at scale.
  • Partner with Head of GTM - Remittance on strategy and account planning.
  • Lead onboarding journeys for high volume remittance use cases.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve remittance flows.

🎯 Requirements

  • Direct experience with remitters or high-volume money movement as a CSM.
  • Deep remittance economics, payout models, liquidity and treasury.
  • KYC/AML, compliance, and fraud considerations.
  • Enterprise CS experience managing strategic accounts with revenue.
  • Commercial mindset: renewals, expansions, revenue outcomes.
  • Operate credibly with C-suite and senior operators; cross-functional influence.
