- Manage a diverse book of business at scale, driving adoption.
- Understand the customer's business model and GTM strategy.

- 10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Operate with autonomy and limited oversight.
- Proven track record leading cross-department initiatives and outcomes.
- History of building relationships with VP/C-level executives.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
