  • Manage a diverse book of business at scale, driving adoption.
  • Understand the customer's business model and GTM strategy.
  • Create engagement plans focused on strategy, risk, value, and expansion.
  • Use data to gain insights and drive adoption.
  • Lead renewals and coordinate with teams to mitigate churn and grow revenue.
  • Support and/or lead high-impact QBRs/EBRs to show value and align on future strategy.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Operate with autonomy and limited oversight.
  • Proven track record leading cross-department initiatives and outcomes.
  • History of building relationships with VP/C-level executives.
  • Willingness to travel periodically.
