π― Requirements
- 8+ years in customer success or account management with renewal quota.
- At least 4 years in the security industry (ops, product, consulting, GRC, IR).
- Experience managing complex B2B relationships with multiple stakeholders incl. C-level.
- Proven track record in retention, growth opportunities, and performance.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity market incl. MDR, EDR, SIEM, NDR, Cloud.
- Sufficient technical fluency to field most questions; escalate only deep technical issues.
