  • Own strategic relationships with economic buyers to secure renewals.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, forecast renewals, and identify expansions.
  • Partner with TAMs, SSE, TSE, and SOC to provide technical depth.
  • Drive improvements to customer success operations and mentor others.
  • Manage primarily complex enterprise accounts with strategic importance.
  • Measure success via ABR and DBGR and improve CS effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer success or account management with renewal quota.
  • At least 4 years in the security industry (ops, product, consulting, GRC, IR).
  • Experience managing complex B2B relationships with multiple stakeholders incl. C-level.
  • Proven track record in retention, growth opportunities, and performance.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity market incl. MDR, EDR, SIEM, NDR, Cloud.
  • Sufficient technical fluency to field most questions; escalate only deep technical issues.
