  • Trusted advisor; use data to prioritize initiatives and challenge customers.
  • Creative problem-solving for customers and end users.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight or similar CRMs; email marketing & e-commerce tools.
  • AI interest/experience; eager to learn and apply AI responsibly.
