  • Build executive-level trusted advisor relationships with IT, Engineering and Support.
  • Demonstrates PagerDuty product knowledge by aligning to customer priorities.
  • Guide customers on process, people and change management to drive adoption.
  • Proactively identify risks to customer goals and coordinate with sales to mitigate.
  • Produce and execute an adoption path from current state to future state with timeline.
  • Lead cross-functional post-sales team delivering a seamless customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-10 years relevant industry experience.
  • Experience building ROI models.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS business models.
  • Strong knowledge of PagerDuty product and features.
  • Understanding of IT enterprise architecture, DevOps principles and modern IT monitoring.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
