📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years in customer success, TAM, or similar in SaaS/telecom
  • Translate AI capabilities into business outcomes and ROI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Strong knowledge of NiCE CX products and related tech
  • Knowledge of contact centre platforms; TCP/IP, SIP
