  • Own customer adoption strategy and maturity models across onboarding, adoption, renewal.
  • Define adoption metrics with Product and BI to drive outcomes.
  • Partner with Data Science on churn insights informing planning.
  • Design scalable adoption programs and playbooks for Smartsheet segments.
  • Translate product capabilities into adoption paths, launch frameworks, and customer-facing programs.
  • Enable Customer Excellence teams with scalable assets and delivery of adoption experiences.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing or Customer Marketing within a SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • Willing to travel periodically for onsite meetings.
  • Hands-on experience defining churn mitigation playbooks and adoption metrics.
  • Designing post-sales processes and customer journeys, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal alignment.
