🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role (CS, Consulting, Implementation, Sales).
  • Proven client relationship management, technical delivery, and product management experience.
  • Track record of building C-level relationships is a plus.
  • Technical aptitude and desire to master Unqork; LCNC platform experience is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with clear customer success plans and tactical steps.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills; strong collaboration.
