📋 Description

• Own Babylist's privacy legal program across US state laws.
• Lead privacy for ads stack, data monetization, and product privacy.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Ads leadership.
• Drive privacy-by-design across PRDs, experiments, and launches.
• Advise executives on risk, trade-offs, and regulatory strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience; 3+ years at a top law firm; 5+ years in-house at tech.
• Deep expertise in U.S. privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA) and health privacy frameworks.
• Hands-on adtech data flows: targeting, measurement, DSP/SSP, clean rooms, consent.
• Proven track record building/scaling a privacy program; DSAR, policies, cross-functional work.
• Ability to build AI-powered tools to monitor and report on compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree and JD; active U.S. State Bar membership.
