🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of complex contract administration experience
- Proven success negotiating and managing diverse contracts
- Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and procurement
- Leadership and mentoring within a Contracts/Legal team
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence across teams
- No visa sponsorship; authorized to work in the US
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field
- Familiarity with FAR/DFAR and federal regs (SBA, EAR, ITAR)
