🎯 Requirements
- 5-8 years in Capital Markets Operations and/or Treasury Operations
- Experience designing operating models and process re-engineering in banking
- Strong understanding of end-to-end capital markets operating models
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops
- Ability to structure complex problems and communicate clear recommendations
- Bachelor's Degree
