📋 Description

• Lead discipline-specific design efforts and coordinate delivery across teams.
• Mentor engineers and designers, improving judgment and documentation.
• Manage client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Document client-specific processes and deviations from TEECOM standards.
• Contribute to pursuits with scope input and client interviews.
• Improve TEECOM systems with templates, tools, and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field.
• 8+ years in AEC or related professional services.
• Experience delivering telecom/ICT, structured cabling, and low-voltage designs.
• Ability to lead discipline portions of complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, GitHub.
• Industry certifications preferred: RCDD, EIT, PE, CCNA, CDT, PMP.
