π― Requirements
- 8+ years in Insurance with digital transformation across Ops, Underwriting, Distribution and/or Claims
- 6+ years in digital transformation, agile transformation, operational excellence or TOM design
- Strong project lifecycle knowledge for process design, systems delivery and client deliverables
- Business analysis in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working
- Experience delivering large-scale programs with senior stakeholders
- Proven delivery track record and ability to drive sales in consulting
