- Lead cross-functional delivery teams across consulting, tech, ops, data, and vendors.
- Contribute to business development, propositions, thought leadership, and mentoring.
🎯 Requirements
- 9–12 years in consulting and insurance ops, underwriting, or claims.
- Expertise in underwriting frameworks, claims ops, and operating model transformation.
- Experience delivering large-scale transformations on Guidewire, Duck Creek, LifeAsia, or PolicyAsia.
- Strong stakeholder management, program leadership, and exec-level communication.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Experience with AI, intelligent automation, or GenAI in underwriting/claims.
- Knowledge of HKIA regs including HKRBC, GL21, GL36, IFRS 17, and PDPO.
