🎯 Requirements

10+ years in cybersecurity, OT/ICS leadership
Deep OT/ICS security expertise and threat knowledge
Hands-on experience in industrial environments (owners/operators)
OT tech: PLCs, HMIs, RTUs; Modbus, DNP3
Mastery of security analysis, detection, SIEM/SOAR, visibility
Strong written/verbal comms; exec deliverables; leadership; travel up to 40%
