- Experience designing and administering broad-based compensation programs in high-growth environments.
- Experience with annual compensation cycles, incentive programs, and equity compensation.
- Strong understanding of survey methodologies and market pricing techniques.
- Experience presenting compensation recommendations to senior leadership.
