🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, biotech/life sciences preferred.
  • Experience designing and administering broad-based compensation programs in high-growth environments.
  • Experience with annual compensation cycles, incentive programs, and equity compensation.
  • Strong understanding of survey methodologies and market pricing techniques.
  • Experience presenting compensation recommendations to senior leadership.
