  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue quotas through proactive outreach and consultative selling
  • Identify new business opportunities with media buying agencies and direct clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor; craft native/content marketing programs on Nativo
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with outreach, calls, meetings, and proposals
  • Lead strategic conversations with clients and agencies to create results-driven campaigns
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and deepen relationships

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital media or advertising sales experience
  • Proven ability to sell to both brands and agencies with a mix of managed and programmatic deals
  • Familiarity with brand storytelling, targeting, optimization, and advertising tech
  • Strong prospecting, full sales cycle management, and relationship building
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High level of comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce
