🎯 Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of 3D rigging and character tech for games.
  • Lead or Principal Rigger on at least one shipped AAA title.
  • Bachelor's in CS/Technical Art/3D Animation or equivalent experience.
  • Expert in Unreal Engine, Unreal Python API, or C++.
  • Master FK/IK, deformations, set driven keys, and blend shapes.
  • Proficient with Maya Python API and Qt toolkit (PySide/PyQt).
  • Experience building large rigging pipelines and cross-discipline collaboration.
