- Define and implement ops plans for product and revenue objectives, incl. pricing.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis informing processes, policies, and performance.
- Lead Training Services on the U.S. GSA schedule; oversee GSA negotiations and contract compliance.
- Lead revenue verification to ensure accurate billing and receipt; collaborate on cross-team workflows.
- Identify and resolve business issues including customer/stakeholder concerns.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years supporting business ops including revenue recognition, risk management, contracts.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; detail-focused; builds consensus.
- Ability to use influence to lead people and projects.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- No visa sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
