  • Own the US and regulated markets' affiliate growth strategy aligned to ROI goals.
  • Define affiliate growth as a product capability with segmentation and funnel design.
  • Translate growth strategy into a product roadmap, experiments, and success metrics.
  • Build and scale a diverse affiliate ecosystem of networks, KOLs, and publishers.
  • Own core metrics across the funnel (CAC, LTV, ROI, activation, GMV).
  • Cross-functional leadership with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Content, and Marketing.

  • 8+ years in growth, affiliate, partnerships, or product-led growth.
  • Proven experience owning affiliate or partnership growth end-to-end.
  • Strong product mindset โ€” systems, funnels, scalability.
  • Demonstrated success measured by GMV, ROI, revenue, CAC.
  • US Market Expertise: growth in US and EEA markets in regulated environments.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing funnels and attribution challenges.
