- Own the US and regulated markets' affiliate growth strategy aligned to ROI goals.

- 8+ years in growth, affiliate, partnerships, or product-led growth.
- Proven experience owning affiliate or partnership growth end-to-end.
- Strong product mindset โ systems, funnels, scalability.
- Demonstrated success measured by GMV, ROI, revenue, CAC.
- US Market Expertise: growth in US and EEA markets in regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing funnels and attribution challenges.
