  • Own the affiliate growth strategy for the US and regulated markets, aligned with ROI goals.
  • Define affiliate growth as a product capability, including segmentation and funnel design.
  • Translate growth strategy into a product roadmap, experiments, and success metrics.
  • Build, scale, and manage a diverse affiliate ecosystem, including networks, KOLs, communities and publishers.
  • Data-driven performance: own core metrics across the funnel, CAC, LTV, ROI, activation, conversion, GMV.
  • Cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Content, and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in growth, affiliate partnerships, or PLG roles.
  • Proven end-to-end affiliate or partnership growth, strategy to results.
  • Strong product mindset; think in systems, funnels, scalability.
  • Track record of GMV, ROI, revenue, CAC-driven outcomes.
  • Experience at a leading crypto exchange.
  • US Market Expertise across US and EEA, regulated environments.
