📋 Description

• Support Medical Affairs and Real-World Evidence activities.
• Lead design, analysis, and interpretation of RWE observational studies.
• Oversee external comparator analyses and evidence generation.
• Collaborate with Medical, HEOR, Clinical Development, and Commercial.

🎯 Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Biostatistics with 5+ years pharma/biotech exp.
• Statistical leadership in RWE observational studies.
• Analyses with external/synthetic controls and meta-analyses.
• Knowledge of causal inference methods (e.g., propensity score).
• Familiarity with regulatory guidance on RWE and HTA.
• Oncology experience preferred.
