🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend software engineering.
• 4+ years designing and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Track record leading tech initiatives across multiple teams.
• Deep expertise in Python, Flask, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience defining engineering standards, practices, and tooling.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).
