- 5+ years hands-on architecture with Five9 Intelligent CX Platform.
- 5+ years development: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, REST/SOAP, webhooks.
- 3+ years integrating CRM/ITSM (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- Advanced CCaaS architecture patterns, scalability, and enterprise-grade integration design.
