Principal Applied ML / AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Shape the AI vision and align with product strategy to deliver value.
• Prototype and deploy AI systems (LLMs, RLHF, agent frameworks).
• Architect the AI-ready stack: event logging, data warehouses, feature stores.
• Partner with executives to define AI-enabled product directions.
• Mentor engineers and scientists across the org.
• Evangelize AI best practices and balance bold experimentation with delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years training and deploying ML models at scale; applied AI research.
• Proven track record delivering production-grade AI systems; influence product strategy.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, fine-tuning, RLHF, embeddings.
• Strong systems background: data pipelines, feature stores, distributed training.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Triton.
• MS or PhD in CS, ML, Stats, OR or related field (or equivalent).
