Principal AI/ML Researcher / Engineer Reasoning, Planning, and Decision-making systems

📋 Description

• Research reasoning, planning, and decision-making at scale.
• Integrate LRMs with Knowledge Graphs and RL as core components.
• Invent scalable intelligent decisioning substrates for adaptive planning.
• Design multi-agent systems for cooperative, high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate across product, infra, and design to shape AI architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters degree or equivalent in CS, AI, or cognitive science.
• 15+ years in AI/ML, incl post-training architectures and production systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, plus ML/RL frameworks (PyTorch, Ray, JAX, RLlib).
• Experience integrating LLMs/LRMs with Knowledge Graphs.
• Deep understanding of reinforcement learning for decisioning and planning.
• Experience with multi-agent coordination and distributed RL.
