🎯 Requirements

- Proven experience deploying large-scale conversational products in production (B2B/B2C).
- Hands-on experience designing multi-tier intent routing and training classifiers.
- Experience building structured dialogue evaluation frameworks (metrics, LLM-judge, human review).
- Strong experience driving automated bad-case discovery, logging systems, experiment design, and A/B testing frameworks.
