  • Advise on AI use cases, journeys, and value for insurance services.
  • Connect NiCE AI solutions to insurance service realities.
  • Identify AI opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and CX.
  • Guide policyholder journeys, workflows, and regulatory considerations.
  • Lead internal/external advisory efforts to align AI with business goals.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 12+ years in insurance ops, contact centers, CX, or advisory.
  • Deep understanding of policyholder journeys and service processes.
  • Proven ability to advise on AI use cases, journeys and value.
  • Strong stakeholder management; able to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience with AI adoption in regulated insurance services.
  • Familiarity with contact center tech (Genesys, Five9) and NiCE AI.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
