- 12+ years in insurance ops, contact centers, CX, or advisory.
- Deep understanding of policyholder journeys and service processes.
- Proven ability to advise on AI use cases, journeys and value.
- Strong stakeholder management; able to influence senior leaders.
- Experience with AI adoption in regulated insurance services.
- Familiarity with contact center tech (Genesys, Five9) and NiCE AI.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
