🎯 Requirements

BS/MS/PhD in CS/AI/ML; PhD preferred.
5+ years AI/ML engineering; 2+ years as principal engineer/lead architect.
Proven track record building original AI systems that became products.
LLM training/fine-tuning; agentic design; knowledge graphs; data modeling.
Comfort in greenfield projects with high ambiguity and ownership.
Patents, published research, or shipped products with unique differentiation.
No visa sponsorship; authorized to work in the US.
