PrimerOS automates and eliminates much of the costs of traditional schools. Microschools have a structural advantage — asset-light real estate — which means much lower capex and opex. You put it together, and you get something that's never existed before: a world-class education that's accessible to normal American families and can rapidly scale.
This role will own the look and feel of all Primer’s real-world creative assets — from car tags to event banners to welcome kits. You’ll be the creative engine that turns ideas into polished, on-brand assets that make Primer feel world-class at every touchpoint.
You’ll take in design requests from across the company and bring them to life, whether it’s a local ad campaign or a printed banner for an open house. You should be comfortable designing in Figma, using Canva templates, preparing files for print, and making sure the final product is precisely to spec.
This is a fast-turnaround role where you’ll juggle multiple projects, maintain our brand asset libraries, and ensure every piece of marketing collateral we produce is cohesive, compelling, and unmistakably Primer.
If you have a strong design portfolio, love producing both digital and physical assets, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment — we’d love to meet you.
Be the go-to design partner for all Primer teams, creating and updating branded assets across digital and print.
Maintain and grow Primer’s Figma & Canva libraries and brand design systems to keep all assets consistent and accessible.
Design for a wide variety of needs, including:
Digital and social graphics
Brochures, one-pagers, and flyers
Event materials, banners, and signage
ID cards, car tags, and first-day-of-school kits
Manage production for printed materials — ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget and to spec.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs, align on creative direction, and deliver high-quality assets quickly.
Ability to turn around most design requests within 24 hours while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
3+ years of professional experience in graphic, brand, or visual design.
Strong portfolio showing a range of digital and print work.
Proficiency in Figma and Canva.
Experience managing production from concept to final delivery, including printed work.
Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality work is delivered quickly
Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across time zones.
