🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, research, or sales.
- Strong interest in startups, VC, and building companies.
- Comfort working with senior executives and multiple priorities.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to master sourcing.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools (Ashby, Pitchbook, etc).
- Based in NYC and able to work from our office at least 3 days/week.
