🎯 Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority
- RN state license
- At least 2 years with frail/elderly populations
- Knowledge of chronic care and geriatrics
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to rotate night and weekend calls
