• Focus on comprehensive care with ~8 patients per day.

🎯 Requirements

• ACGME-accredited residency program completed.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree.
• Board certification preferred.
• Active state physician license without restrictions.
• CDS certification and DEA registration.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 180 days; certification preferred on hire.
• Eligible to provide Medicare/Medi-Cal services.
