📋 Description

• Perform in-person assessments with the IDT to develop care plans.
• Coordinate discharge for acute, short-term, and long-term placements.
• See an average of 8 patients per day with no hospital rounds.

🎯 Requirements

• Residency program accredited by ACGME
• Master's or Doctorate degree
• Board certification preferred
• Active state physician license without restrictions
• CDS certification and DEA registration
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
