- Drive Asana’s pricing and packaging strategy to grow revenue
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Ops to launch monetization initiatives
- Define pricing KPIs and track effectiveness of changes

- Collaborate cross-functionally to create pricing/packaging recommendations and present to executives
- Execute operational plans with IT/Operations, Finance, and Deal Desk
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years pricing experience in B2B software, enterprise SaaS preferred
- Proven experience building pricing models, tools, and processes
- Strong analytical skills including customer/competitor research and financial analysis
- Understanding of SaaS pricing, self-serve and sales-led GTM for SMB and enterprise
- Familiarity with pricing research techniques (Conjoint, Van Westendorp) and Qualtrics
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
