• Energy domain knowledge: utility models, DR, DERs.
• Strategic intuition: translate product roadmap into commercial framework.
• Strong communication: present data to execs and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or quantitative field.
