Pricing and Monetisation Lead (FR, IT & ES)

📋 Description

• Lead pricing for FR/IT/ES; advise Exec on price changes and margins.
• Build and maintain financial models to simulate revenue, margin, ARR impact.
• Drive pricing initiatives with Tech/Product/Finance; ensure billing and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to move pricing from logic to sales enablement.
• Align pricing with commercial objectives using field insights on price sensitivity.
• Design and run pricing experiments and promotions; guardrails to protect margins.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ yrs in Pricing, Monetisation or Commercial Finance; payments exp preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or quantitative field; MBA or CPP a plus.
• Proven track record leading large-scale pricing workstreams end-to-end.
• Customer-centric approach balancing revenue with customer value.
• Independent project management with high autonomy.
• Strong analytical skills (SQL/Excel) and translating data into strategy.
